We currently offer payments through PayPal and Google Checkout. You may also pay by credit card through PayPal or Google Checkout without being a registered PayPal or Google Checkout member.

Returns

Returns are only allowed if package has not been open. If a mistake occurred on our behalf, we will gladly return the item and ship the correct product.

Damage Policy

All of our items are inspected before shipment to insure that they are completely free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process and we will not be responsible. To ensure that your item will be protected, insurance is available for an additional charge at checkout.

Returned Products

Returned items must be 100% complete and contain ALL original boxes and packing materials provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once a we have been notifyed of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.

Michigan Residents

Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all items. Prices will refelect 6% tax once logged in.
